A Health and Wellness Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

As your Health and Wellness Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

Together we will:

  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
  • Architect your personal blueprint for wellness and take action on it
  • Establish simple daily routines that promote wellness
  • Become mentally and physically more healthy
  • Get rid of unhealthy weight
  • Clean up your diet without deprivation measures
  • Optimize your digestive health
  • Reduce stress and find balance in your daily life
  • Increase your energy, gain mental clarity and take control of your health
  • Transform your relationship with food and use food as medicine
  • “Crowd in” and discover new and exciting foods that will bring your body to life
  • Practice self-care to nurture you body, mind and spirit
  • Initiate a shift from surviving to thriving each and every day
What you get: (*I will tailor coaching packages to meet your needs, wants and means. I offer; face to face, Skype, direct messenger, email and text coaching and support options.)
Typical Coaching Program consists of the below:

  • 2 Coaching sessions of 50 minutes each month in-person (phone or Skype available as well)
  • Unlimited email & text support between sessions (24 hour response time)
  • Undivided attention and complete confidentiality
  • Personalized wellness plan based on bio-individuality, with clear action steps to guide you on your health and wellness journey
  • Guidance and accountability to help you succeed and reach your goals
  • Inspiration and motivation to make life-changing shifts in your daily routines
  • Nourishing recipes and shopping lists tailored to your individual needs
  • Grocery store tour & pantry makeover (Local clients only)
My client criteria are that they:
